On Aug. 25, 2015, the Malta Residence and Visa Programme Regulations were launched. If applicants invest EUR 250,000 in designated government bonds, they, together with their families including 4 generations, can obtain permanent residence visa in Malta directly.

Application requirements

1.  Main applicant is at least 18 years of age;

2.   A police certificate issued by the competent authorities;

3.   Applicants invest EUR 250,000 in designated government bonds for five year period.

Dependants includes: Spouse, children & their spouse and children, parents and grandparents of main application & spouse. There is no requirement on age for dependants.
